How Customer Feedback Shapes our Business

Client Perception Audits contribute immeasurably to the development of the strong business relationships we have with our clients. It also means we are fully aware of the quality of service Cleaning Assurance is providing and make changes where necessary.

At predetermined intervals we ask clients to complete our Client Care Feedback questionnaire. This can be completed online or by phone. Performance is gauged against twelve KPI indicators with cleaning standards being assessed against SLA on a monthly basis.

The twelve key performance indicators are: –

  • Continuous reliable service
  • Cleaning standards
  • Rapid response to situations or complaints
  • Professional and efficient communication
  • Fully trained cleaning staff
  • Effectiveness of quality audits
  • Management control and communication
  • Support from the management team
  • Presentation of cleaning staff
  • Staff attendance and time keeping
  • Flexibility of service
  • Compliance with identity and security

Here’s just a few of the comments we recently received:

Emma Welch from In Heath Group at Bicester Management Team commented that our site staff Brias (Site Supervisor)  and Inocencio (Operative) are “Very helpful, always on time”

UIA Mutual based in Stevenage commented “I just wanted to drop you a note to make you aware of what a great job your team do keeping the ‘management kitchen’ and our HR room clean and tidy – really great to have that level of service.
